Hi my beautiful soul fam ☁️✨
I hope this week has felt lighter and filled with little moments of peace. As always, I’ve been living with my head in the clouds, dreaming up all the magical things I want to create in the world. Lately, I’ve been sinking even deeper into the art of imagination—letting it take me places, opening up new ideas, and reminding me that everything starts as a feeling first.
I’ve been thinking about the magic of small rituals—the tiny, intentional moments that shift our energy and reconnect us to ourselves. It’s something that’s been a guiding force in my life these last few years and a part of my day that feels like an opportunity to ground and connect.
For me, it’s looked like the simple act of making tea before bed, lighting a candle, putting on my cozy pjs and grabbing my journal—it feels like an exhale for my nervous system. A reminder that presence and daydreaming is a portal to my true self.
I want to invite you into a little ritual of your own. This week, take a moment to make something sacred—a cup of tea, a warm bath with a sprinkle of rose petals, a journal sesh about deep desires you have for yourself and your future. Even five minutes of intentionally connecting in this way can truly begin to shift your whole day.
Over the past year, as I’ve been deep in the messy, layered process of healing, coming back to little moments of daydreaming about how I wanted to feel—what I hoped for—became my anchor. Like a lighthouse in the fog, it gave me something to hold onto. And honestly, I think that energy of imagining, of feeling into the life you want, is the secret sauce to actually bringing it to life. Manifestation isn’t just a vision board or a perfectly scripted affirmation—it’s the energy you let yourself live in, even before it arrives.
Here’s a tiny ritual to try:
☁️ The Daydream Cup Ritual ☁️
🫖 Brew your favorite tea (or just warm water with lemon).
💭 Grab your journal, a cozy cup of something warm, and at the top of the page, write “If my life were a daydream, I would be…” Let yourself play in the imagination. No rules, no limits—just the dreamiest, most aligned version of your life spilling onto the page. What does it feel like? Where are you? What are you doing?
💫 Take a sip, and let that vision settle into your body.
It’s that simple. But sometimes, simple is the most powerful.
